Sonic Wilderness is a project by FRAMED immersive projects GmbH & Co. KG that presents a unique interactive three-dimensional sound experience. I was hired by FRAMED to design an immersive space which was exhibited at the Ars Electronica in Linz and for permanent installation at the showroom in Berlin. Since it's primary function was sound interaction, I designed three experience-rooms with abstract graphic lines and shapes which cover the entire installation using opitical illusions. My aim was to create static images that twist the human mind paradox and produce an illusion through sound and space. The graphics covered a total dimension of 260 square metres and were printed on special truck tarp material for the re-usage at the site in Berlin.
